Hanagarne, The World's Strongest Librarian, 2013, good, autobiography by video blogger of How To Have Tourette's, a helpful site to see Tourette's in action. Not much help for condition, though. He did typical meds, breathing work which helped for a year. No mention of diet, toxins (9/13)
William Davis, M.D. cardiologist, Wheat Belly, 2011, very interesting hypothesis that humans should not consume grains as our physiology has not evolved to do so in a healthy manner. Gluten can be detrimental, esp. cealiac disease, however emphasis placed on blood sugar spike that occurs with gluten carbs, higher than plain sugar causing snowball effect of inflammation and disease - diabetes, hypertension, heart problems, neuro problems. Compelling arguments. worth further research. (7/13) Excellent article disputing studies Davis used to prove his point, some facts he simply made up, lacking proof gluten acts like heroin
