Vitamin C
Uses
All toxins poison by oxidizing enzymes and tissues. There is also a compelling conclusion generated by this observation and supported by the vitamin C studies found in the scientific literature: All toxic damage can be repaired by a high enough dose of antioxidants.

Vitamin C - Dr. Amy
helps the absorption of nutrients in the brain- increasing the ability to cross the blood brain barrier. Vitamin C also helps to regenerate glutathione, a critical detoxification substance that is made by the liver. My personal opinion is the more vitamin C the better as long as it doesn't cause problems with loose bowels.

Vitamin C should be taken along with any of the bioflavonoids- to multiplies their effect. Also, the flavonoids bind with copper, eliminating its destructive effect on vitamin C.
Vitamin E must be taken to balance Vit C. As an antioxidant Vit C becomes a free radical and needs Vit E to reduce it (Vit E also becomes a free radical but much less damaging). Ratios??
Ultimate antioxidants: Glutathione, lipsome encapsulated? works synergisticly with Vit C. Gluathione inside the cell - Vit outside the cell

Watch for...
Vitamin C, when used in high doses, tends to cause other imbalances because it removes many other metals besides copper.
